30-Day Window
We offer 30 days from the delivery date to return unworn product with original tags attached for a full refund to the original payment method.
Condition Requirements
Product must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage cannot be accepted.
How To Return
Contact support with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
Exchanges
We process exchanges as a refund plus new order. This is the fastest way to get the size or color you want without it selling out.
Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days. Bank processing times vary.
